Flower Wall Rentals Guide

Flower Wall Rental Guide for Toronto Events

IMAGICA’s flower wall rental guide helps event producers, planners, and brides choose the right floral backdrop for their event. Flower walls are one of the most popular backdrop options for weddings, galas, and upscale corporate events in Toronto and the GTA, offering a premium visual that photographs beautifully and creates a memorable focal point.

Choosing the Right Flower Wall

IMAGICA offers multiple flower wall options in different sizes, colours, and styles. Our most popular configurations include white floral, blush pink, deep red, and mixed seasonal palettes. Each wall is professionally constructed with high-quality artificial blooms that look real on camera and last throughout your event without wilting or shedding.

When selecting a flower wall, consider your event’s colour palette, venue lighting, and the type of photos you want to capture. White and blush flower walls work well in almost any setting, while bold colours make a stronger statement for brand activations and themed events.

Flower Wall Sizes and Configurations

Our flower walls are available in standard widths from 8 feet to 20 feet, with heights up to 8 feet. For larger events, we can combine multiple walls to create a continuous floral backdrop. Each wall includes a sturdy frame, professional installation, and integrated lighting options.

Flower walls can be paired with our DSLR photo booths, AI photo booths, Ring Roamers, and 360 video booths. They also work as standalone decor elements for event entrances, stage backdrops, and photo opportunities. Every rental includes delivery, setup, and teardown by IMAGICA Ambassadors across Toronto and the GTA.
